Binixo Review 2026: Is Binixo Legit? Cost & Steps
Binixo does not lend you money. It passes your application to lenders. Here is who decides, what it costs and how to pay.
Published November 1, 2026
You searched "loan up to ₱25,000", and Binixo came up: a clean page, a slider that goes to ₱50,000, "0%" in big letters and a promise of an answer in 15 minutes. Before you type your name, mobile number and ID details into its form, you want to know two things. Who exactly will lend you the money? And what will it cost?
Here is the short version. Binixo is not a lender. It is a free matching service run by a company in Cyprus that passes your application to lending partners in the Philippines. The lender that picks up your application sets the amount, the rate and the due date, and that lender is the one you repay.
We checked binixo.ph, its terms and its legal notice on 1 November 2026, searched Google Play for a Binixo app, and looked up the company on the SEC list. Binixo is one of our partners and we may earn a referral fee if you apply through our links. That does not change the facts below.

What is Binixo and how does it work?
Binixo.ph describes itself as a platform that "helps users in the Philippines access loan offers provided by independent lending partners". Its legal notice says it is operated by INFINSA LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, and that it "is not a bank, financial institution, or lender and does not issue loans".
The process has three steps, according to its homepage:
- Fill in the form. Binixo says it takes about two minutes.
- Binixo compares offers. Its terms say that when you submit an application, your data is transferred to its partner lenders so they can assess you.
- Choose an offer and receive the money. The lender that approves you sends the loan to your bank account or e-wallet.
The useful part is reach: one form can reach several lenders at once. The part to watch is that your details go to more than one company, and the lender you land with may be a name you have never heard of.
Is Binixo legit?
Binixo is a real business with a named operator, an address in Larnaca, Cyprus, a support email and published terms (last updated 30 March 2025). It is not on the SEC's List of Recorded Online Lending Platforms dated 20 October 2026, but it does not need to be in the same way, because it does not lend. The lender that makes you an offer is the one that must hold an SEC Certificate of Authority.
So the real legitimacy check happens after you apply: when an offer arrives, find the lender's company name and look it up on the SEC list. Our guide on how to check if a lender is SEC-registered shows how, and our legit loan apps hub lists recorded platforms.
Two more things we noticed. The homepage shows customer testimonials and figures such as "10,000+ loans approved" and "4.8/5". We could not verify any of them, so we do not rely on them. And the "0%" on the calculator is a possibility, not a promise: the small print says a first loan "may be offered at 0%" by some partners, "subject to approval and the lender's terms".
Key point. Binixo is the doorway, not the lender. Judge the offer you receive: the lender's SEC registration, the total to repay in pesos and the due date.
Binixo requirements
Binixo lists only two borrower requirements on its homepage:
- Age 18 or older.
- Filipino citizenship, shown with a valid government ID.
It also says no credit history is required. In practice, the lender you are matched with will have its own rules on top of these. Many ask for a selfie, an active mobile number in your name, a bank account or e-wallet in your name, and some sign of regular income. Prepare a PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's license or passport; our documents guide explains what else to have ready.
The 18+ floor matters. Lenders such as Finbro (20+) and Honey Loan (21+) do not accept 18- and 19-year-olds directly, so Binixo can be one of the few doors open to them. Whether a lender says yes is a separate question.
How much does a Binixo loan cost?
Binixo itself is free: it says it does not charge users for comparing offers, submitting a request or being connected with lenders. The cost of the loan comes from the lender, and Binixo's published range is wide: annual interest between 4% and 916%, over 91 to 120 days.
Binixo's own example is ₱1,000 for three months at 48% a year: ₱120 in interest, ₱1,120 to repay. Here is what the same rate, and the range edges, mean on a bigger loan.
| ₱10,000 example | Cost | Total to repay |
|---|---|---|
| 48% a year, 3 months (Binixo's example rate) | ₱1,200 | ₱11,200 |
| 4% a year, 91 days (bottom of its range) | about ₱100 | about ₱10,100 |
| SEC ceiling, covered loan, 3 months | up to ₱3,600 | up to ₱13,600 |
| 916% a year, 91 days (top of its range) | about ₱22,837 | not allowed |
How we worked these out. Rows 1 and 2 use simple interest on ₱10,000 for the stated period, the same method as Binixo's example. The SEC row uses the 12%-a-month ceiling on interest plus fees. The last row is simple interest at 916% a year for 91 days, shown only to explain why it cannot apply here.
That last row is the important one. A ₱10,000 loan for 91 to 120 days falls under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 14, series of 2025, in force since 1 April 2026: interest plus fees at most 12% a month, and all charges never more than the principal. So on a covered loan the top of Binixo's range is legally out of reach. Above ₱10,000 the cap no longer applies, which is why the offer screen matters even more. Our rate cap explainer has the details.

The "0% first loan" line
Some lenders do run 0% promotions for first-time borrowers, usually on a small amount and a short term, and only if you repay on time. If your offer shows 0%, check the total to repay: it should equal the amount you borrowed. Our guide to 0% interest first loans explains where such offers are real and where the conditions bite.
Want to see real offers? Send one request through Binixo, then judge each lender by its SEC registration and total repayment.
Check offers via BinixoHow to pay a Binixo loan
You do not pay Binixo. Your loan agreement is with the lender that approved you, and you repay that lender through the channels in your agreement: usually its app or website, an e-wallet, a bank transfer or a payment center.
- Open the loan agreement or disclosure statement the lender sent you and find the lender's name, your account or reference number and the due date.
- Pay only through the channels the lender lists in that agreement or its official app.
- Keep a screenshot of every payment. Bank transfers can take a few working days to post, so pay early.
- If anyone asks you to pay into a personal account "for Binixo", stop: Binixo says it does not charge users.
Binixo lists a late payment fee of 0.1% of the amount owed. The lender's own agreement is what counts, and on covered loans the SEC caps penalties at 5% a month. Already behind? Read what happens when you miss an online loan payment.
Binixo customer service
Binixo's site lists an email address, [email protected], and an office address at Griva Digeni 49, Larnaca, Cyprus. It also has a contact form. We did not find a phone number on the site. For anything about your loan itself, such as the balance, the due date, an extension or a payment that has not posted, contact the lender, not Binixo.
Is there a Binixo app?
No, as far as we could find. A Google Play search for "Binixo" on 1 November 2026 returned other lending apps but no Binixo app. Binixo works through its website, binixo.ph. Be careful with any APK file or app that uses the Binixo name: install loan apps only from the official store and only when the lender is on the SEC list.
Pros and risks
- Free for users, one form for several lenders
- Accepts applicants from age 18
- Only two listed requirements: age and a valid government ID
- Named operator and published terms
- Not a lender: the real terms come from a partner you may not know
- Your data goes to several lenders when you apply
- Very wide APR range, up to 916% a year
- Headline says up to ₱25,000, slider goes to ₱50,000
- Testimonials and ratings on the homepage are unverified
Real scenarios
Kim, 18, first job at a fast-food chain, needs ₱2,000 before her first salary. Finbro and Honey Loan will not take her yet. Binixo accepts 18-year-olds, so it is a reasonable place to look. She borrows the smallest amount, checks that the lender is on the SEC list and repays on payday.
Arnel, 33, jeepney driver, needs ₱10,000 for a repair. Binixo returns an offer from a lender he does not know. He looks up the company name on the SEC list, checks that the total for three months is no more than ₱13,600, and only then accepts.
Faye, 26, wants ₱40,000 because the slider goes that high. Binixo's own headline says "up to ₱25,000", and first loans are often smaller. For a larger amount she should compare lenders that publish higher limits, or consider an SSS loan.
When not to use it. If you already have two app loans and need a third to pay them, do not send another application. Talk to your current lenders first.

Checklist before you apply through Binixo
- Apply only on binixo.ph, not through a link sent by a stranger.

- Look that name up on the SEC list of recorded online lending platforms.
- Check the total to repay in pesos and the due date, not just the rate.
- For ₱10,000 or less over four months or less, make sure interest plus fees stay within 12% a month.
- Never pay a fee to Binixo or to an "agent" before the loan is released.
